Planning for Construction of Beautiful Villages in Jinshi Village of Jinshan Town, Nanchuan District, Chongqing

Project scale: Total area of the village is about 35km2 and construction area of
beautiful villages in Zhenglongba is about 22ha
 

This project is located at Zhenglongba, Jinshi Village, Jinshan Town, Nanchuan, and is planned according to the local soil, climate and sea level etc conditions to introduce peach, pear and lotus etc crops into the residential settlement site, set up “theme characteristic industrial park” and develop reception service. The spatial layout is adopted with the layout concept of the traditional folk house “three-courtyard” and “four-courtyard” in the east of Sichuan to form the layout form of large enclosure plus small enclosure. It is adopted with the free layout form of the folk house “I type” or “T type” structure in the east of Sichuan according to the landform and topography in the foot of the mountain. At the same time, the planning takes into account the peripheral tourist resource from its regional advantage to fully utilize rural traditional agricultural sightseeing and exploit tourist market in suburb of Chongqing.
